After her humiliating defeat in the Upper Tribunal against the Palestinian community leader, Shaykh Raed Salah, the BMI calls on the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Mrs Theresa May, to resign with immediate effect.

In a landmark verdict issued on 5 April, the senior immigration judge and Vice President of the Tribunal, Mr CMG Ockelton, ruled that Sheikh Raed's appeal against the deportation order "succeeds on all grounds"; declaring the arguments brought by the Secretary of State “to be very weak.”
